What are your standard trade and shipping terms?
We support various trade terms including FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW. Shipment can be arranged via sea, air, or express delivery depending on your requirements.
What are the payment terms and sample lead times?
Our standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight. We also accept Paypal and Western Union. Sampling typically takes 7-14 days.
How do you ensure product quality and warranties?
We guarantee that all products received are qualified. If any parts are found broken, please provide detailed photos via email, and we will send replacements based on the actual conditions. Our products have been globally insured since 2017.
How do you protect customer designs and legal rights?
We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to protect your unique designs and ensure they are not sold to others. For large-scale orders, we also offer exclusive production agreements for your company.
Are the materials eco-friendly and FSC certified?
Yes, we use professional, certified materials. We conduct monthly batch paint testing via SGS and maintain our own safety labs. We comply with FSC regulations for sustainable sourcing, which is available upon request.
